He completed his post-doctoral training with A/Prof. Michael Cole at Rutgers University, received his PhD in cognitive neuroscience at the Queensland Brain Institute in 2017 and a BSc from the University of Queensland in 2012.
Dr Hearne’s research investigates functional and structural networks of the brain, with the aim of facilitating targeted research and interventions for the treatment of psychiatric disorders.
